To be mindful of one's surroundings is a quality that needs to be found in every individual. The two concepts in the above title, Balance and Knowledge, embody this idea. Balance, in this context, is when a person's disposition regarding other living and non-living members is in tune with how she or he desires to be treated. The more knowledge one has, the more likely he or she could appreciate the importance of balance. Furthermore, a considerate human is apt to continue learning about surrounding components of the world. Using this philosophy, I hope to foster a progression of care.
